Payment and Cancellation
Guests who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, early departures are non-refundable.
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance independently to cover unexpected situations.
