Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

• All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• All guests must acknowledge and digitally sign our PPH Rental Agreement to secure their booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

3. House Rules

• No smoking inside the cabin.
• Pets are welcome but must be supervised.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

4. Liability

• Guests assume responsibility for their safety during the stay.
• The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.

5. Damages

A security deposit may be collected via Charge Automation.

Any damage to the property or its contents caused by guests or their pets will be charged accordingly.
